OBAMA IS NOT APPEASING, HE”S . . .
September 23rd, 2009 by Brett Reetz

Nope, he’s not an appeaser, he’s an aligner. He is aligning with those who have contempt for our nation, our economic system and our principles. Don’t believe me. Let’s list a few things and check it out. Here are ten positions Obama has taken in the recent past.

1. Obama goes on his apology tour in Europe speaking of American arrogance and our dismissive nature. He speaks of our mistakes and never praises our success, or greatness, or even the fact that he would have required a German or Russian interpreter to speak in France and England if it weren’t for us. Nope, we are bad according to our president.

2. He does nothing when Iran’s citizen’s protest in the streets, get imprisoned and murdered. The citizens were protesting an election stolen by a Muslim extremist who supplies terrorists bombs in Gaza, Irac and Afghanistan. Obama’s comment: “I don’t want to get involved.”

3. He embraces Muslim extremist nations in his Cairo speech.

4. He gives Israel, our Ally, the cold shoulder and embraces Hamas and the PLO.

5. He says nothing at the Americas conference when Dictator Hugo Chavez rips our country to shreds in his speech, other than state, “it wasn’t about me.”

6. When a constitutional, yes constitutional, civil revolution in Honduras occurs, he backs the ALLY of Hugo Chavez and does not recognize the sitting president of Honduras or the constitutional Honduran election to be held this fall. He cuts off foreign aid to Honduras.

7. His administration takes the position that military force might be o.k. to prevent Israel from using their own military force to destroy Iran’s nuclear capacity. Imagine that. He’s willing to leave the possibility open that we would intervene in the event one of our closest allies use military force to protect itself.

8. He pulls the rug out from under two more Allies, Poland and Czechoslovakia, terminating the defensive missile program unilaterally, without consultation with these two Allies, and in deference to Russia’s desires.

9. He says that he is considering the strategy options after General McChrystal requested forty thousand more troops for Afghanistan. The general stated that we could lose the war if the troops aren’t deployed. The general’s request was endorsed by General Petraeus and Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen. Obama is still considering the strategy. Evidently, he is wiser than two generals and an admiral. Who would have known? On the other hand, he did have to appear on David Letterman.

10. Today, he gave his United Nations speech, again apologizing for the United States, not discounting, but ignoring everything great about our nation. He promised a world where all countries are equal, where our principles don’t rule. Oh, and in this speech he attacked our past acts of unilaterally employing our policies entirely ignoring the fact that one week ago, he unilaterally breached our agreement with Poland and Czechpslovakia. Apparently it’s o.k. to act unilaterally when you hurt Allies but not when you hurt enemies. Again, who would have known?

That is ten policy points of Obama in the last nine months. Each of them are baffling. So now let’s throw in his amazing deficit spending, his dream of socializing our health care (16% of our economy), his plan to give amnesty to illegal aliens, the nationalization of corporations, support for ACORN, his comfort with policies of wealth distribution, his alignment with the NEA in order to promote pro-Obama art, the hiring of Van Jones, an avowed communist, and . . . the list goes on. The question gets begged; Who’s side is our president on?

He’s been accused of appeasing but that under states it. He’s not only appeasing, he’s condemning our conduct. He’s reaching out to our enemies, not to fix them, but to apologize to them and to let them know that there is a bunch of merit in their anti-American beefs. What our President is doing is aligning with our enemies; put differently, he’s agreeing with them. No wonder, check out his friends; Jerimiah Wright, William Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn, Van Jones, Carol Browner, Cass Sunstein, and let’s not forget Tony Rezko. These folks aren’t friends of ours or of America but they’re chummy with our president, big time. And based on the top ten list above, it looks like our President isn’t a friend of ours either. If you disagree with me, or if you don’t like the proposition I’ve presented, sooth yourself with all of the pro-American things Obama has done in his life. Uh, Oh, I’m drawing a blank.

Beware United States! Obama isn’t appeasing our enemies, he’s aligning with them. And that’s more than worrisome.

That’s my Reetzality for the Day.

Another insightful depiction of BHO. I hope many will read this and take heed. What becomes more frightening is that he actually has allies in congress, starting with Ried and Pelosi.
